Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By using STR Desk ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
STR Desk syncs data between Property Management Systems (PMS) and destination platforms (monday.com, GoHighLevel, Airtable, Notion). We facilitate data transfer but do not own or control the data you sync.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must have authorization to connect and sync data from your PMS accounts
- You are responsible for compliance with third-party platform terms
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or third-party rights
- Sync data you don't have rights to
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse engineer or exploit the Service
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse API access
5. Subscription and Payment
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- Refunds are provided at our discretion
- We may suspend accounts with failed payments
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until the billing period ends
6. Data Ownership
- You own your data
- You grant us permission to process and transfer your data as needed to provide the Service
- We do not claim ownership of synced content
7. Third-Party Integrations
The Service connects to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for:
- Third-party platform availability or changes
- Data loss caused by third-party platform issues
- Changes to third-party APIs that affect functionality
8. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime or data sync delays.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STR Desk is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Service interruptions
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Termination
- You can close your account anytime from your dashboard
- We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where STR Desk operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
